All sales are final. The code versions of Vonex Design templates are digital products. You get the files as soon as you pay, so we do not offer refunds or returns.
Before you buy
Check the live preview, the list of what is included and the template license. The code follows the Framer template closely, so the live preview shows what you will get. The README of each code version lists the few known differences. Questions before buying are welcome at ponslookdesign@gmail.com.
If something does not work
If the template does not install or build as described in its README, write to ponslookdesign@gmail.com. We will help you fix it.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under the law where you live. Where the law requires a refund, for example for digital content that is faulty, we follow it.
How you pay
Payment is handled by Contra, which acts as the seller of record. It takes the payment and the taxes that apply in your country.
