This is the license for every Vonex Design template (each one a "Template"): the Framer version and the code version, free or paid, wherever you got it. The Licensor is Vladimir Kotenev, trading as Vonex Design. The same text is in the file LICENSE.md inside every code download.
Framer templates are delivered through the Framer Marketplace. Framer's own marketplace terms also apply to how you get and remix them; this license sets what you may do with the design.
Free and paid
- Free templates: use them for as many websites as you like, for yourself or for clients.
- Paid templates (including the paid code version of a free template): one license coversone website (a "Project"), for yourself or for one client. Each extra Project needs its own license. The license starts when you have paid in full.
Apart from the number of Projects, the rules below are the same for every Template.
You can
- Edit the design, text, colors and images however you like.
- Use the finished Project for commercial purposes, including selling products or services on it.
- Hand the finished Project to your client. The client owns the Project, not the Template as a template.
- Keep backups of the files for your own Project.
You cannot
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, give away or share the Template or any part of it, changed or not, free or paid.
- Put the files or a remixable copy in a public repository, a file-sharing site or a public Framer remix link. A repository that holds only your finished Project is fine.
- Turn the Template, or a version of it, into a template, theme, starter, boilerplate, kit, UI library or website builder, or into any product that lets others reuse it as a base.
- Present the Template as your own design to sell as a template.
Ownership
The Template stays the property of the Licensor. This license is non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual, and gives you the right to use the Template as described above and nothing more.
Third-party parts
Templates use fonts and icons with their own licenses, such as Inter (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Lucide icons (ISC License). They keep those licenses. The README of each code version lists its credits.
Images
Demo images, screenshots and photos in a Template show the layout. Replace them with your own before you publish, unless the README says an image is free to use.
Updates
We may publish new versions. If we do, Framer versions update on the Framer Marketplace and code versions on your purchase page on Contra. Updates are a courtesy, not a promise.
Payment and refunds
Paid Framer templates are paid for on Framer, under Framer's terms. Code versions are digital products and all sales are final. See the refund policy.
No warranty
The Template is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the Licensor is not liable for any damage that comes from using it.
Ending the license
If you break these terms, the license ends and you must stop using the Template and delete the files.
